Peruvian-Spanish actress, director, producer, and screenwriter, born in Lima and based in Madrid. She began her acting training in various training programs in Spain, Peru, and England. Today, she is a well-established voice in Latin American film and theatre, with over 30 years of experience on stage as an actress and director. She is recognized for her intense performances, versatility, and commitment to acting. She has worked in theater, film, and television in Peru, Ecuador, Spain, and Colombia.
She has starred in classic plays such as Hamlet, Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew, Incendios, and The Feast of the Goat, and as a director, she has helmed impactful contemporary productions such as Disgraced, Stop Kiss, Lungs, and Orlando.
On screen, she has worked on productions in Spain, Peru, Colombia, Belgium, and the USA. Her credits include Altiplano (Cannes Film Festival), La vergüenza (Golden Biznaga for Best Film at the Málaga Film Festival), The Gospel of the Flesh, and the international series The white slave, where she played the antagonist Adela to great acclaim. She recently appeared in the Spanish series The Inmortal, and starred in the feature films Vacas and Ellas.
