About me

I’m Mateo Giuliani, an Argentine actor who began training at 21 and has been committed ever since to exploring the craft in depth. My journey started long before I stepped into my first acting class — as a child, I would spend hours watching films with my parents, fascinated by how actors could inhabit different lives.

Since then, I’ve worked on feature films, short films, and stage productions, always seeking truth and emotional connection in every role. I’m particularly drawn to the complexity and intensity of playwrights like Ibsen, Strindberg, Miller, Chekhov, and Shakespeare — their words challenge me to go further, to find the human heartbeat in every scene.

As a person, I’m observant, persistent, and curious. I believe in collaboration, dedication, and bringing authenticity to the work. My goal is to keep growing as an artist and to work regularly as a professional actor, combining solid training with a strong presence in the industry.

Professional background

Me formé en la escuela Carlos Gandoldo en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Curse en dicho establecimiento por tres años con Dora Baret y Matias Gandolfo. Una de las experiencias más significativas en donde adquirí una base sólida en el trabajo actoral, con especial énfasis en la construcción de personajes y el análisis de texto. Además, he participado en cursos y workshops que me han acercado a autores clásicos y contemporáneos, ampliando mi rango y mi versatilidad. La propuesta pedagógica de la escuela se basa en el método de Lee Strasberg y Eric Morris adaptado y enriquecido por Gandolfo con herramientas de la Programación Neurolingüística (PNL), Gestalt y ontología del lenguaje. Este enfoque integral busca desarrollar la escucha, la presencia y la autenticidad del actor en escena
