Diane Nierenberg

About me

I’m Diane Nierenberg, a Spanish-American actress and award-winning director based between Madrid and Los Angeles. My journey began with a Christmas gift — The Lord of the Rings trilogy — which sparked a lifelong love for stories that explore the human condition.

Trained in Los Angeles with Lesly Kahn & Co. and Doug Warhit, I’ve built a strong foundation in both drama and comedy, though I’m most drawn to roles with psychological depth, mystery, and emotion. I bring a mix of European sensitivity and American versatility to every project, moving easily between English and Spanish.

On screen, I’m often cast as intelligent, grounded women who carry quiet strength — but I love exploring vulnerability and transformation just as much. My experience behind the camera has deepened my respect for collaboration and storytelling from every angle.

I’m passionate about characters that challenge perception, stories that provoke thought, and performances that linger long after the credits roll.
