Daniela Estay is a Chilean-Italian actress who graduated in performing arts from the Universidad del Desarrollo in 2014 and then completed a year of research at the La Memoria theater directed by Alfredo Castro. That year she began her acting career with the role of Cote in Alberto Fuguet's feature film 'Invierno la Película'. With this experience, Daniela discovered that acting in front of the camera would be her passion. In 2017 Estay was hired as part of the regular cast of the Chilean national channel: TVN, where she became known with the role of Silvia Ramírez 'la Chivi' in the TV series 'La Colombiana'. Then she worked on the series 'Dime Quién Fue' and 'Amar a Morir'. At the same time, she continued deepening her acting training at the Matus Actores school run by casting director Roberto Matus. In 2019, she starred in the feature film 'Si los Meses Siguen' (FemCine 2019) by director Javiera Hernández and decided to leave her borders by expanding her career internationally. Daniela leaves for Madrid, Spain to deepen her studies and look for new opportunities. She participated in the third season of the RTVE series "Estoy Vivo" and in the play 'El Holocausto del Amor' by Santi Senso. In 2020 Daniela travels to Mexico City where she is part of the cast of 'La Novia de América' a Mexican-Spanish co-production directed by Alfonso Albacete and begins her exploration as a director with the short film 'Vuelo de Mariposa'. Daniela is currently in Madrid shooting a confidential series for an international platform. She lives and works between Madrid, Mexico City and Chile.
